April 5th

I am exhausted tonight!  Worn out from an day of shopping with my monkey.  Wy and I ventured out to
San Angelo to shop for some Easter clothes.  Needless to say, what I could normally do in an hour turned into 6 hours.  That's what happens when I have a child that constantly hides in the clothes racks.

We stopped to have lunch.  Oh Chick-fil-A...how I have missed you!

And of course...we had to stop at the "waterfall."  And the water HAD to be touched.  That's just the way it works.

While hanging out at the fountain...we saw the Easter Bunny coming back from lunch.  So naturally we had to go take his picture with the rabbit. But...I would rather him wear the shirt we just bought him for Easter.  So we took off his shirt and changed into the new shirt right then and there.  Yep, I'm that mom.  The one with the shirtless kid in the food court.

It was "dog day" with the Easter Bunny.  So Wyatt got to be entertained by a couple of sweet dogs waiting to get their pictures taken too.  This is also when the man in front of me turned around and hit my big toe with his boot...which took off half of my toenail.. Well, not all of it.  Most of it.  I had to pull the rest of it off while trying to act tough.  I managed to do it without screaming or crying...but I REALLY wanted to ball like a baby. I had to walk around the rest of the time with a tissue to keep "dabbing" the blood and ooze.  Aren't you glad I shared that with you. :)

Yes mom...those are his Spiderman Boots in his "official" Easter Bunny photo.

Wyatt liked to model for the people walking by as I was shopping.

Then he got his foot measured so he could get some new shoes.  Size 9. Ridiculous.

Then ice cream time. He wanted green...his favorite color right now.
Running with his ice cream...

and climbing with the ice cream.

Somehow it managed to stay in one piece.

We couldn't leave without playing on some toys...his idea.  Don't worry.  It was free. My child has grown up "pretending" to ride.  The real rides only happens when the grandparents take him shopping.

And this is him as we left the parking lot.  Wish I could have done the same...but someone had to drive.
