August 22nd..Wyatt's 4 1/2 Birthday Party

Today we celebrated Wyatt"s "half" birthday with a Ninja Turtle splash party.  We started a new tradition. Wyatt is always wanting an outdoor party...and that is just too hard to do at the end of December.  Not to mention it is hard to find a date around Christmas when all his friends aren't busy.  Also, it is a little easier on the checkbook.  Two December birthday parties (Cassidy is due the 16th)  + Christmas= one stressed out, crazy mama!!  So on December 21st, we will give Wyatt his own special day...he can pick out a fun family activity and we will celebrate with the dessert of his choice at home.  But no party.  I mean, he shouldn't feel to bad about it.  Christmas will only be 4 days away, right??
